Grade II Listed HQ Facade Restoration, London
Repairs and refurbishment of the Grade II listed facades and external structure to the Royal College of Nursing’s main headquarters building in London. Services provided: Quantity Surveyor.
Bat & Ball Station, Sevenoaks, Kent
Renovation of a Listed Building. Services provided: Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer (for CDM purposes only).
Private Residence, Kent
The complete refurbishment and alterations to a Grade II* listed manor house, including extensive structural work and timber repairs, re-roofing, new floors and new interior fit out, requiring listed building consents throughout the various phases of the project. Services provided: Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor.
Private Residence, Scottish Isles
Repair and refurbishment works to large listed Scottish country house, including exterior repairs to stonework, windows and roofing, and interior bathroom refurbishment. Previous phases have included stone, windows & roofing repairs, interior structural and services alterations. Services provided: Quantity Surveyor.
Office Building, Edinburgh
Restoration works within a Conservation area. Services provided: Quantity Surveyor.
Gravesend Library, Kent
Alterations to and the complete refurbishment of the Grade II listed Carnegie Library together with the demolition and reconstruction of an adjoining building to form a new library with community facilities within a pedestrianised town centre zone. Wicksteeds was involved from design stage to completion managing the challenging conservation, Party Wall and cost constraints of the project, completing on budget. Services provided: Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Consultancy.
